*Ingredients:
°6 bone chicken thighs, leather (about 5-6 ounces each)
°2 tbsp olive oil
°2-3 tons of chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning
°Salt/pepper to taste
*Methods:
Heat broiler 425 degrees F , placing baking tray with aluminum paper and place a baking rack on it.
Wipe chicken skin with a paper towel to get rid of any moisture.
Putting chicken in olive oil and season with flavors, salt & pepper.
Place on the shelf and heat for 35 to 40 mn or chicken temperature up to 165 degrees F.
