Shortbread Christmas cookie bites (4 ingredients Just !)
*Ingredients:
+Makes about 80 bites
°1 c cube butter
°3/4 c sugar
° 1/2 tsp vanilla
°2 1/4 c flour
°Sprinklers of your choice - optional
* Methods :
Preheat oven 350F.
Whisk together the butter and sugar.
Mix the vanilla.
Adding flour and whisk well. The dough will have a sandy texture.
Adding sprinklers and hit them again.
Work the dough with the hands until it forms a ball.
Press dough into a 9 × 13 pan lined with parchment paper.
Cold for 1 h.
Grab parchment paper, remove the dough from the pan and cut it into
Small squares.
Placing boxes within 1 inch on the greased cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes or
Until bottoms begin to turn brown.
You'll have to make two batches.
