*Ingredients
°6 shredded island cups
°1 cup brown sugar
°1 cup raisin
°4 eggs
°1 1/2 cup white sugar
°1 cup vegetable oil
°2 teaspoons vanilla extract
°1 cup pineapple powder, drained
°3 meticulous cups for all purposes
°1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
°1 teaspoon salt
°4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
°1 cup chopped nut
* Methods :
In bowl, combine the grated carrots and brown sugar. Set apart for 60 min, then stir in raisins.
Preheat oven 350 ° F (175 ° C). Greased & flour 10-inch cake pan.
In bowl, whisk the eggs to light. Gradually beat in white sugar, oil and vanilla. Stir the pineapple. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and stir in the wet mixture until absorbed.
Finally, stir in the carrot and nut mixture. Pour evenly to the prepared pans.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in the preheated oven, until the cake tests are done using toothpaste. Cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan. When completely cool, frost with cream cheese frost.
