*Carrot-cake-roll with cream-cheese-filling*



*Ingredients

+Cake

°230ml vegetable oil
°180g nut
°340g flour
°4 eggs
°180g sugar
°1/3 salt
°1/2 cm cinnamon cube
°2cm Cube Baking Powder
°1 orange
°Crisp nut for decoration
°Cream of cream cheese

°100g cream cheese
°100g soft butter
°150g sugar powder
°1/3 cup vanilla extract

*Methods:

Baking carrot cake
Preheat the oven until 180oC.
Roast the nuts slightly in a frying pan without oil.
Then place the nuts in a bag and crush them with a wrapped pin.
Carrot engraving precisely with grater.
Grate the orange flavor with the thin side of the grater.
Squeeze orange juice.
Mix the carrots, orange peel and nuts together.
