Loaded steak Quesadillas




*Here's the list of ingredients you need:

+To make a quisadilla, you will need:

°4 large flour tortilla.

°2 mix Mexican cheese.

°1/2 fire-roasted corn kernels.

°1/2 cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced

°1/2 black beans C.Of.

°Small cubes of avocado.

°Lemon wedges + fresh chopped coriander for decorating

+For steak, I used:

°1 lb/500g of sirloin steak.

°1 Powder Ancho Chili TSP.Of.

°1/2 Paprika TSP.Of.

°1/4 onion powder TSP.Of.

°1/4 TSP.Of Oregano Mexican.

°1/4 sea salt TSP.Of.

°1/4 Cummins TSP.Of.

°1/4 garlic powder TSP.Of.

°1/4 TSP.Of chili pepper.

* Methods :

Step 1:

I preheated the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit with a piece of butter paper, I prepared a baking dish.

Step 2:

I mixed all the seasoning and salt together in a small bowl to make the steak. I covered the steak generously with the spice mix.

Step 3:

I heat two tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat in a large frying pan. Not more than 3 minutes per side of beef.

Step 4:

Remove the heat when preparing the quisadilla and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Step 5:

In the prepared dish, I put 2 tortillas and sprinkled each one with 1/2 cup of cheese.
Tomatoes, black beans, corn and avocado were placed on top.

Step 6:

Cut the steak into thin slices against the grain. Above the filled tortilla, I put the slices.

Step 7:

Sprinkle all quisadilla evenly with the remaining cheese and top with the remaining tortilla.

Step 8:

Baked for 10 minutes in the oven until the cheese dissolves and the tortilla is cooked.

Step 9:

I removed them and sliced them before they cooled.

Step 10:

Served with lemon wedges, sour cream and guacamole, covered with fresh coriander.
