Mexican Lasagna Taco



To make this Mexican TACO LASAGNA, you just need a few simple ingredients that we all have in our stores:


* Ingredients : 

°6 inches soft flour tortilla bread, you'll almost need. 12.

°2 pounds. of mince.

°Two taco spices.

°2 medium tomato cubes.

°Large red onion cut.

°Medium-cut green onion.

°Jalapeño chopped, it's optional.

°Salt to taste.

°Heavy whisking cream, I used two whole cups.

°2 tbsp. From soft butter.

°3 divided patios of grated cheese in Mexican style.

°1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning.

°For GARNISH, you only used two ingredients, but you can be creative and add more for a colorful dish:

°Sour cream.

°Diced scallions.

This is how you make it from scratch, all you need is to follow the steps below as directed:

Step 1:

I started preparing by incorporating red onion, with green onion cubes, jalapeño pepper, tomatoes into a medium mixing bowl and I season with salt. I set the bowl aside later.

Step 2:

After that, I browned the mince in a large frying pan and drained the excess fat well, then sprinkled the taco seasoning on the meat and mixed it well.

Step 3:

After that, I brought heavy cream with soft butter until it boiled in a medium saucepan, and consistently flopped until it thickened.

Step 4:

I took the pan off the heat and added 2 cups of grated cheese, marinated with cajun spices, and kept it warm.

Step 5:

In this step, layered: four layers of tortillas, having cut them to suit the bottom of the dish, cooked minced beef, grated cheese, and tomato mixture in a 9.13-inch casserole.

Step 6:

The layers were repeated until they formed three layers, finishing with cheese sauce on top.

Step 7:

After that, I added the remaining cup of cheese over the layers, and placed the dish covered with a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes.

Step 8:

Once finished, I removed the dish from the oven and let it cool, to serve, I decorated each dish with sour cream and chopped green onion
