°1 tsp kosher salt
°½ tsp ground black pepper
°6 cloves garlic, thinly slice
°4 tsp butter divided
°optional: finely slice green onions

*Instructions

Cut the fillet into small pieces, about 1/2 “- 3/4”. Sprinkling meat with 3/4 tsp of salt, pepper and garlic. Heat a stainless steel pan on a flat bottom over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. When butter has melt, turning to covering pan. Adding about half the meat & roll it over the pan.

Cook for 1 minute then use a large spatula to flip the pieces. Cook for 1 minute more. Use a spatula to remove the meat from a plate, then repeat with the second batch of meat pieces. Add an extra tablespoon of butter to the pan. The entire meat cooking process should take only a few minutes in total. When the meat is cooked, loosely place aluminum foil on the cooked fillet bites on the plate.

Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in the hot pan. Scrape the pieces of golden meat off the bottom of the pan. Pour the pan juice with butter over the meat bites on the plate. Serve hot.

Enjoy!
