*Bacon eggs & hash brown casserole*



*Ingredients:

°1/2 pounds chopped bacon
°1 Medium sliced onion (1/2 cup)
°1 bag (30 ounces) frozen grated brown potatoes in rural style, melted, dry dressed
°2 c cheddar cheese (8 oz)
°1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
°9 large eggs
°1 1/4 cup milk
°1 bowl (8 ounces) sour cream
°1 teaspoon salt
°1 teaspoon ground mustard
°1/4 teaspoon pepper
°1/2 cup corn crumbs or panko bread crumbs
°2 tbsp butter or melted margarine

* Methods :

Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Sprinkle 13 × 9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
In a 10-inch pan, cook the bacon and onion over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the onion is soft; Drainage on paper towels.  
In a large bowl, stir in the bacon, potato and cheese mixture. Put it in a baking dish. In the same bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, sour cream, salt, mustard and pepper with the fork or wire whisk until well blended. Pour over the potato mixture.
The bread was detected 35 minutes. In a small bowl, throw corn crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over the casserole. Bake for 10 to 15 min
